Below are the HVACR Services we offer to Central Air Conditioning System:

Central air conditioning refers to a centrally located system that is capable of providing heating, cooling, humidity control, ventilation, and air cleaning to multiple spaces.
Generally, large air- conditioning evaporators use a thermostatic expansion valve as the metering device. Some installations use several such valves on one large evaporator to get maximum efficiency. Self- contained systems -especially hermetic systems -may use a capillary tube metering device.

  • Split System: In a split system, the condensing unit is located away from the evaporator. Many systems use evaporators with aluminum fins mechanically bonded to copper tubing. Other condensers and /or evaporators are built with aluminum spines fastened to aluminum tubing to reduce corrosion. Plastic grilles are often used on the condensing unit to avoid corrosion problems.

  • Rooftop and Outdoor Units: Rooftop units (RIM) are packaged air- conditioning systems designed specifically to be installed on the roof of a building. Rooftop units for heating and cooling were first developed for flat- roofed commercial structures. Such structures include supermarkets and office buildings. The systems are economical because they are factory -assembled and tested. They are also easily installed once hoisted to the site.

  • Chilled Water: Chilled water systems, commonly referred to as chillers, are cooling systems that use a loop of chilled water instead of forced air to provide cooling to a conditioned area. In a chiller system, a traditional refrigeration system is used to cool water. That cold water is then circulated through the building to provide cooling to the occupied spaces. Chillers are primarily used in commercial and industrial applications and can range from 20 -ton to 2000 -ton capacity.
